Miranda McDaniel
Miranda comes to us with a extensive background in Senior Care including home health, hospice, skilled rehab, assisted living, independent living and memory care. Miranda has been in senior care for 16 years and has held various roles throughout her career. She has expert knowledge in leadership and developing people into leaders through aligning their goals with organizational goals and helping to make strategic decisions to ensure those goals are met.
Miranda holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a master’s in public health, both from Texas A&M University. Her academic foundation, combined with her extensive hands-on experience in senior living operations, has allowed her to be a successful negotiator, maximize company productivity, and establish long- and short-term goals that ultimately increased NOI and employee retention which she feels are performance initiated by people throughout the company. Miranda has a passion for people and ensuring their success through education and motivation. She strives for positive change and effective leadership to ensure core values are met.
Miranda in her spare time loves to spend time with family, read, and ride on the Harley with her husband. Miranda has two German short haired pointers that she treats like her kids and hunts with them when she can, she also loves all sports especially football. A fun fact about Miranda she was a bounty all through college.
Michelle Holland
Michelle Holland is a dedicated Sales Specialist supporting communities in growing occupancy, strengthening marketing strategies, and building trust with families. Holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Tarleton State University and over a decade of experience in healthcare, Michelle blends strong business acumen with a deeply personal approach to senior living.
Since entering the senior living field, Michelle has developed a particular passion for memory care, advocating for personalized, dignified experiences for residents and their loved ones. She is known for her team-first mindset and leadership style rooted in authenticity and connection – firmly believing that what you know matters, but who you are matters more.
Michelle brings added value to Surpass Senior Living by combining strategic insight with a heart for service. She excels at coaching sales teams, identifying opportunities through data, and crafting thoughtful, personalized experiences for families. Whether leading targeted outreach efforts or developing creative ways to increase engagement, Michelle is focused on helping each community grow while ensuring every family feels genuinely seen and supported.
Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending quality time with family, cheering on the Dallas Stars, and baking her signature cookie cakes. She’s always up for a new adventure and enjoys staying active outdoors – whether it’s a hike, playing pickleball, or just soaking up the sunshine.

Pam Ervin
Pamela Ervin joins Surpass as our Memory Care / Operations Coordinator, bringing more than 22 years of dedicated experience serving older adults and their families.
Pamela began her senior living career as a Certified Nursing Assistant and has advanced through key leadership roles, including Certified Medication Aide, Memory Care Director, and Executive Director. Her hands-on experience across multiple levels of care gives her a deep understanding of both resident support and operational leadership.
Pamela holds two respected certifications: Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and Certified Assisted Living Manager (CALM). These credentials reflect her expertise in memory care and her continued commitment to professional growth.
She is passionate about creating compassionate, person-centered environments where residents feel known and valued, and where team members feel supported and empowered.
Outside of work, Pamela enjoys traveling, culinary experiences, film, and the art of perfumes and fragrances—reflecting her curiosity and appreciation for the richness of life.

With over 10 years of nursing and senior living experience, Meagan Saintes is a compassionate and driven healthcare leader known for combining clinical expertise with strong operational leadership. Beginning her career in memory care and assisted living, she developed a deep passion for advocating for seniors and creating environments where residents receive exceptional care with dignity and compassion.
Throughout her career, Meagan has built a reputation for hands-on leadership, team development, and operational excellence. Her experience spans memory care, assisted living operations, staffing management, compliance, budgeting, resident satisfaction, and community leadership. She is recognized for her ability to lead through challenge, strengthen team culture, and build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and staff.

Sophia Johnson

Before stepping into her role as a Regional Outbound Sales Associate serving the greater Houston area, Sophia spent 17 years as a dedicated caregiver for her own father — an experience that gave her a firsthand understanding of the emotional weight families carry when navigating care decisions. She knows what it means to search for the right place, ask the hard questions, and trust someone to guide you through one of life’s most significant transitions.
In her role, Sophia serves as a trusted resource and advocate for families across the Houston region, connecting them with senior living communities that align with their loved one’s unique needs, lifestyle, and level of care.
